Super Crowd develops the digital events of the future – and we need your assistance in spreading our message loud, clear and international! In your role as International Public Relations & Social Media Manager, you will:
- Define, develop, and oversee end-to-end execution of our PR and social strategy to drive awareness to our events
- Develop and strengthen relationships with journalists and influencers
- Manage all PR and social media content creation and calendar planning, in collaboration with our stakeholders, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube
- Prospect, manage, and submit for conference speaking sessions and other promotional opportunities
- Regularly interact with your team members from Marketing, Product and HR to create compelling content, announcements, and messaging.
- Craft written materials, including press releases, pitches, Q&As, and more.
- Demonstrate knowledge of current industry news and social landscapes
- Closely watch and evaluate trends to support our storytelling
- Successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges and be able to deal with ambiguity
- Drive meaningful engagement, interact with followers, increase overall follower-base, and measure and report on appropriate metrics
Our ideal Public Relations & Social Media Manager will have:
- 3-5 years of experience managing public relations and social media accounts/campaigns, ideally in the gaming sector
- Outstanding attention to detail, understanding of technology, and ability to communicate complex topics effectively
- Exceptional skills in project management, writing, and verbal communication
- Success within a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment with a strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and multi-task across campaigns & projects
- Extensive social analytics tools knowledge
- Ability to track, interpret and report on engagement KPIs and metrics for internal and external usage
